Branding the NGOi range
- Standard Platisols.
- Can be flash cured if necessary then exposed to regular polyester belt dryer
settings.
- For light/white inks add 5%-10% flexibase (FS1100 or equivalent).
- For dark print onto lighter garment you can add a further 5% flex base.
- All inks can be cured in the regular way.
Presses
- Elastika pressed to manufacturers guidelines for pressure, temperature and
application time.
- Standard industry tests are recommended to guarantee bond and machine
calibration are perfect.
CadCut
- Premium T, cut and apply.
- Standard industry tests are recommended to guarantee bond and machine
calibration are perfect.
Embroidery
- The NGOi fight shorts embroider very well.
- We would recommend only the fight shorts for embroidery.
- The fight shorts also print very well with any of the above methods.
All wash instructions for garments and overprint products must be followed.
